RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM
CONSUMER VOUCHER FOR REGISTRATION THROUGH THE PMK PARTNER
(hereinafter, the Rules and the Program, respectively)
1. General Provisions
1.1. For registration by a smoker aged 21+ (hereinafter, the Consumer) in the user database of the IQOS Electric Tobacco Heating System, Philip Morris Kazakhstan LLP (hereinafter, the Database) with the help of a PMK partner under the corresponding agreement with PMK (hereinafter, the Partner ), pursuant to the procedure prescribed by these Rules, Philip Morris Kazakhstan LLP (hereinafter, the PMK) shall reward such Consumers with a special one-time voucher, providing the Consumer with the opportunity to purchase any range of goods with a discount of KZT 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) at one of the following salespoints: official IQOS stores (hereinafter, the Stores), off-site sales by personal sales consultants (hereinafter, the Mobile Sales ), KZ.IQOS.COM e-commerce website (hereinafter, the Site), provided that the total amount of purchases by the Consumer at the specified salespoint comprise at least KZT 10,000 (ten thousand) (hereinafter, the Voucher) during the period of the validity of a Voucher.
1.2. The term of the Program shall be from December 07, 2020 [KA1] through December 31, 2021. The Voucher shall be valid within three months from the date of receipt of the email from PMK as provided in section 2 below.
2. Conditions for the receipt of a Voucher by the Consumer
The Consumer shall register their IQOS Electric Tobacco Heating System (hereinafter, the Device) in the PMK Database through the Partner pursuant to the procedure established by the PMK. Upon successful registration in the Database, an SMS with notification thereof and a Voucher code shall be sent to the Consumer's mobile phone number, specified during registration.
3. Use of the Voucher by the Consumer
3.1. The Voucher shall provide the Consumer with a one-time discount in the amount of KZT 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) for the purchase of any range of goods at one of the following points of sale: shops, mobile sales, the Site, provided that the total amount of the Consumer's purchases at the specified point of sale comprise at least KZT 10,000 (ten thousand). The Consumer shall be entitled to use the Voucher during its validity term.
3.2. The Consumer can apply the Voucher using one of the following methods:
· on the Site, indicating the voucher in the Have You Got a Code? box; or
3.3. The Voucher shall not and cannot be a means of payment, any kind of currency or securities. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash/non-cash funds, sold or transferred to a third party. The Voucher cannot be used as a means of payment on the Site, via mobile sales or in stores.
3.4. If an order placed on the Site using a Voucher was canceled for reasons beyond the Consumer's control, such an applied Voucher shall be deemed invalid, as being one-use Voucher. In this case, the Consumer can contact the Support Service by phone 8 8000 80 12 21 to clarify the procedure for obtaining a new Voucher or wait for a call from the Support Service and receipt of a new Voucher within 2 business days from the date of the failed attempt to apply the Voucher.
ATTENTION! The Voucher discount shall not be cumulative with other discounts on the Site and (or) via mobile sales and (or) in IQOS stores, and also cannot be summed up with a discount based on a recommendation code or a Voucher received under the Give the Discounts Recommendation Program.
4.1. The terms of the Rules and/or the Program may be changed and (or) supplemented by PMK unilaterally by publishing the updated Rules on the Site. The updated Rules shall come into force upon such publication, unless otherwise provided for by the Rules.
4.2. PMK shall keep the right to unilaterally cancel performance of the Program at its sole discretion without further notification or explanation.
