1. General Provisions
1.1. The Program shall be implemented by Philip Morris Kazakhstan LLP (hereinafter PMK) in the Republic of Kazakhstan through the website iqos.com (hereinafter – the Website) and PMK’s domestic outlets (hereinafter – IQOS Stores).
1.2. Any adult person registered in the adult IQOS user database of PMK (hereinafter – PMK Database) may be a participant of the Program (hereinafter – the User).
1.3. The Program is based on communications between the User and his/her Friend – adult smoker who does not use IQOS system and has not bought any IQOS system including IQOS 2.4Р Kit and/or IQOS 3 Kit (hereinafter – the Friend).
2. User Recommendation Code Receipt Terms and Conditions
2.1. The User shall get an individual reusable recommendation code (hereinafter – the Code) automatically within 2 (two) days after purchase of his/her first IQOS system in SMS-message on his/her mobile phone and/or email at the address specified for registration with PMK Database (sample recommendation code: GC-**********);
2.2. Should the User fail to receive the code automatically for any reason whatsoever, he/she shall address the Customer Care by phone 8 8000 80 12 21 (toll free throughout Kazakhstan), via online chat on the Website, Telegram messenger, or SMS with the word IQOS to 2121.
2.3. The User can get his/her Code using the communications channel described in paragraph 2.2 above.
3. Transfer and Use of Codes
3.1. The User may give his/her Code to the Friend only to be used in accordance with section 4 of these Terms.
3.2. It is PROHIBITED to post the codes within public access including the Internet (including, but not limited to social media, groups, and blogs). In case of failure to meet this requirement, the Code and vouchers received as a result of the application thereof may be blocked.
3.3. The User’s code may be used by 30 (thirty) Friends of the User, following which the User may get a new code having addressed the Customer Care by phone 8 8000 80 12 21 (toll free throughout Kazakhstan), via online chat on the Website, or Telegram messenger.
4. Use of the Code by the Friend
4.1. To use the Code, the Friend must be registered with PMK Database (registration through the Website or IQOS Stores) and buy the products specified in paragraph 4.2 below.
4.2. The Code gives the Friend a single-use discount of 15%, unless otherwise stated by PMK, for all products in the shopping cart on the Website or all products in one receipt in an IQOS Store provided that one of the products in the cart/receipt is IQOS 2.4Р Kit or IQOS 3 Kit.
PLEASE NOTE! 15% discount of the Friend is not cumulative with other discounts and special offers on the Website and (or) in IQOS Stores.
4.3. When ordering on the Website, the Friend should specify the Code of the User in the Do-you-have-a-code? box. When purchasing in an IQOS Store, the Friend should disclose the code to a sales assistant.
4.4. One Friend can use the Code to buy IQOS 2.4Р Kit and/or IQOS 3 Kit only once. The Code shall be redeemed successfully upon payment by the Friend for the purchase made using the Code in an IQOS Store or upon delivery of the Website order made using the Code to the Friend.
5. Receipt of Discount Voucher by the User
5.1. Subject to the rules set forth in sections 1-4 above and successful use of the Code by the Friend, the User shall get 1 (one) 15% discount voucher (hereinafter – the voucher) for any products available in IQOS Stores or on the Website, unless otherwise stated by PMK. The voucher shall be sent to the User within 2 (two) business days from receipt by the Friend of his/her first IQOS Kit.
5.2. The User shall get the voucher by way of single-use unique code (sample voucher: VC - **********) in SMS-message on his/her mobile number and/or email at the address specified for registration with PMK Database.
5.3. Subject to the rules set forth in sections 1-4 above, for each 3 rd (third) successful application of the Code by the Friends, the User shall get 1 (one) additional voucher for 30% discount (hereinafter –the bonus voucher) for any IQOS accessories available in IQOS Stores or on the Website, unless otherwise stated by PMK. The voucher shall be sent to the User within 2 (two) business days from receipt by each third Friend of his/her first IQOS Kit.
5.4. The User shall get the bonus voucher by way of single-use unique code (sample voucher: BONUS - *******) in SMS-message on his/her mobile number and/or email at the address specified for registration with PMK Database.
5.5. However, neither the voucher nor the bonus voucher is or may be used as a payment instrument on the Website or in IQOS Stores, any type of currency or security. The voucher and the bonus voucher shall give discounts only to the User as set forth in paragraphs 5.1 and 5.3 subject to any other terms and conditions of the Website applicable to ordering goods.
6. Use of the Voucher by the User
6.1. The User can use his/her voucher (bonus voucher) when ordering products on the Website through entering the single-use unique code in the Do-you-have-a-code? Box or when paying for the products in IQOS stores through disclosing the same to a sales assistant. One voucher (bonus voucher) can be applied to one order on the Website or one receipt in IQOS Stores only. Website orders made using the voucher (bonus voucher) shall be delivered free of charge in accordance with the Website delivery terms and conditions.
6.2. The User may use one voucher (bonus voucher) only for one order on the Website or one purchase in IQOS Stores. Should any order be cancelled or products bought with the voucher (bonus voucher) be returned , the voucher (bonus voucher) shall not be renewed. The voucher (bonus voucher) may not be used to buy a gift certificate.
PLEASE NOTE! Vouchers shall neither be cumulative with one another nor with other discounts and special offers on the Website and (or) in IQOS Stores.
6.3. If an order made via the website using the voucher (bonus voucher) is
cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of the User, such used voucher
(bonus voucher) shall be deemed void since it is valid for one use only. In
this case the User can address the Customer Care by phone 8 8000 80 12 21
to be advised how to get a new voucher (bonus voucher) or wait for a call
from the Customer Care and receipt of a new voucher (bonus voucher) instead
of the used one within2 business days from the failed attempt to use the
voucher (bonus voucher).
7. Final Provisions
7.1. In case of failure to meet the Program Terms, the User can be excluded from the Program and his/her Code and vouchers (bonus vouchers) terminated without any additional notification.
7.2. The Program Terms may be replaced with and (or) amended through publication of the new Terms on the Website or in IQOS Stores at the sole discretion of PMK. New Terms shall inure upon such publication. By continuing use of the Codes and (or) vouchers (bonus vouchers) after such changes and (or) amendments to the Program Terms, the User confirms his/her consent to the new Program Terms.
7.3. PMK shall reserve the right to terminate the Program without any additional notifications and explanations.
7.4. The User agrees to the Program Terms upon transfer of the Code to the Friend in accordance with section 3 of these Terms.
7.5. The Program will be conducted from February 14 to December 31, 2019, whereupon the Program may be extended at the sole discretion of PMK. Codes and vouchers (bonus vouchers) may be used during the above period only. Upon completion of the Program all vouchers (bonus vouchers) and Codes will be canceled automatically.
