RULES FOR REWARDING SMOKERS AGED 21 AND ABOVE FOR THE SELF-SERVICE REGISTRATION IN THE IQOS USER DATABASE ON THE WEBSITE KZ.IQOS.COM

Effective since 19 July 2020

  1. General Provisions
    1. For the self-service registration by smokers aged 21 and above (hereinafter – the Consumer) in the Database of IQOS tobacco heating system users of Philip Morris Kazakhstan LLP (hereinafter – the Database) in accordance with the procedure set forth herein, Philip Morris Kazakhstan LLP (hereinafter – PMK) shall reward such Consumers with the special-purpose single-use voucher (hereinafter – the voucher) enabling the Consumer to buy IQOS tobacco heating system (hereinafter – IQOS system) with the discount of KZT 3,000 (three thousand) in one of the following ways: in official IQOS stores (hereinafter – IQOS stores), outside sales outlets from personal sales assistants (hereinafter – mobile sales), and on the e-commerce website KZ.IQOS.COM (hereinafter – the website).
  1. Conditions to Be Met to Get the Voucher
    1. The Consumer shall register in the Database on the Website following all instructions. Registration completed, a message of successful registration in the Database shall appear.
    2. All the above conditions of paragraph 2.1 met, the Consumer can apply a single-use voucher for KZT 3,000 (three thousand) discount (sample voucher: TT-**********) displayed on the pop-up banner on the website and when ordering on the website.
  1. Voucher Use
    1. The voucher shall grant the discount of KZT 3,000 (three thousand) to buy IQOS 2.4P Kit or IQOS 3 DUO Kit in one of the following sales outlets: IQOS stores, mobile sales, website.
    2. The User may use his/her voucher in one of the following ways:
      • on the website, by entering the voucher in Do-you-have-a-code? Box; or
      • in IQOS stores, by disclosing the voucher to a sales assistant; or
      • via mobile sales, by reporting the voucher to a personal sales assistant.
    3. The Voucher is not or may not be used as a payment instrument, any type of currency or security. The Voucher may neither be exchanged for cash/non-cash money nor sold or transferred to any third person. The Voucher may not be used as a payment instrument on the Website, in IQOS Stores or mobile sales.
    4. If an order made via the Website using the voucher is cancelled due to reasons beyond the Consumer’s control, such used voucher shall be deemed void since it is valid for one use only. In this case the Consumer can address the Customer Care by phone 8 8000 80 12 21 to be advised how to get a new voucher or wait for a call from the Customer Care and receipt of a new voucher instead of the used one within 2 business days from the failed attempt to use the voucher.

 PLEASE NOTE! Voucher discount shall neither be cumulative with any other discounts on the Website and(or) in IQOS stores nor with any discount of recommendation code or voucher received under the Program of Recommendations "Give Discounts".

  1. Conditions to Be Met by the Consumer to Get the Voucher
    1. The Consumer shall register in the Database on the Website following all instructions. Registration completed, a message of successful registration in the Database shall appear.
    2. All the above conditions of paragraphs 2.1, the Consumer shall get a single-use voucher for KZT 3,000 (three thousand) in SMS-message to the mobile telephone number specified for registration in the Database (sample voucher: TT-**********) within 2 business days after registration in the Database.
    3. Should the Consumer fail to receive the voucher automatically for any reason whatsoever, he/she shall address the Customer Care by phone 8 8000 80 12 21 (toll free throughout Kazakhstan), via online chat on the Website, Telegram messenger (@IQOSKZ_Support), or SMS with the word IQOS to 2121.
    4. The Consumer can get his/her voucher using the communications channel described in paragraph 2.3 above.
