RULES FOR REWARDING ADULT SMOKERS FOR THE SELF-SERVICE REGISTRATION WITH THE IQOS ADULT USER DATABASE AT KZ.IQOS.COM

Effective since 1 April 2020

 1. General Provisions

  • For the self-service registration with the IQOS Adult User Database of Philip Morris Kazakhstan LLP (hereinafter the “Database”) in accordance with the procedure set forth herein, Philip Morris Kazakhstan LLP (hereinafter “PMK”) shall reward adult smokers (hereinafter “AS”) with the special single-use voucher for purchase of IQOS tobacco heating system (hereinafter “IQOS device” or “IQOS system”) with KZT 3,000 (three thousand Kazakhstan Tenge) (hereinafter the “voucher”) in one of the following sales outlets: official IQOS stores (hereinafter the “stores”), via personal consultants outside sales outlets (hereinafter “mobile sales”) or on the e-commerce website kz.iqos.com (hereinafter the “Website”).

 2. Conditions to Be Met to Get the Voucher

  • AS shall register with the Database at the Website by him/herself following the instructions of the said Website. In case of successful registration with the Database, the successful registration message shall appear at the Website.
  • All the above conditions of paragraph 2.1 met, AS shall get a single-use voucher for KZT 3,000 (three thousand Kazakhstan tenge) (sample voucher: TT-**********) to be displayed on the pop-up banner at the Website during order placement at the Website.

 3. Voucher Use

  • The voucher shall give single-use discount amounting KZT 3,000 (three thousand Kazakhstan tenge) to buy IQOS 2.4P or IQOS 3 DUO sets in one of the following points of sale: stores, mobile sales, Website.
  • AS may use his/her voucher using one of the following ways:

-               by entering the code on the Website in Do-you-have-a-code? box or

-               disclosing to a sales assistant in a store or

-               via mobile sales by disclosing the code to the personal consultant.

  • The voucher do not and may not serve as an instrument for payment, any type of currency or security. The voucher may neither be exchanged for cash/non-cash money, nor sold or transferred to any third party. The voucher may not be used as a payment instrument on the Website, via mobile sales or in the stores.
  • If an order made via the Website using the voucher is cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of the AS, such used voucher shall be deemed void since it is valid for one use only. In this case the AS can address the Customer Care by phone 8 8000 80 12 21 to be advised how to get a new voucher or wait for a call from the Customer Care and receipt of a new voucher instead of the used one within 2 business days from the failed attempt to use the voucher.

 PLEASE NOTE! Voucher discount shall neither be cumulative with any other discounts on the website and(or), via mobile sales and/(or) in IQOS stores nor with any discount of recommendation code or voucher received under the Program of Recommendations "Give Discounts".

  • For the self-service registration with the IQOS Adult User Database of Philip Morris Kazakhstan LLP (hereinafter the “Database”) in accordance with the procedure set forth herein, Philip Morris Kazakhstan LLP (hereinafter “PMK”) shall reward adult smokers (hereinafter “AS”) with the special single-use voucher for purchase by AS of IQOS tobacco heating system (hereinafter “IQOS device” or “IQOS system”) with KZT 3,000 (three thousand Kazakhstan Tenge) (hereinafter the “voucher”) in one of the following sales outlets: official IQOS stores (hereinafter the “stores”), via personal consultants outside sales outlets (hereinafter “mobile sales”) or on the e-commerce Website iqos.com (hereinafter the “Website”).

 

2. Conditions to Be Met to Get the Voucher

  • AS shall register with the Database at the Website by him/herself following the instructions of the said Website. In case of successful registration with the Database at go.iqos.kz/sr, the successful registration message shall appear at the Website.
  • All the above conditions of paragraph 2.1 met, AS shall get a single-use voucher for KZT 3,000 (three thousand Kazakhstan tenge) in a SMS-message to the mobile number specified during registration in the Database (sample voucher: TT-**********) within 2 (two) business days following registration with the Database.
  • If for some reason AS fails to receive the voucher automatically, then AS shall address the Customer Care by phone 8 8000 80 12 21 (free of charge call throughout Kazakhstan) using online chat or Telegram messanger @IQOSKZ_Support and by sending an SMS with the word IQOS to 2121.
  • AS can find out its voucher using the procedure outlined in paragraph 2.3. above.

 

3.  Voucher Use
